Below is a growing list of restaurants mostly in the Capital Region, but also places I have visited on my travels. If a restaurant is listed below, I have been there myself and would recommend it.
If a restaurant is Certified Gluten Free, I have indicated that for those with Celiac Disease. Otherwise, the restaurant either offers a gluten-free menu, or will make gluten-free items upon request.
It is at your own discretion on whether or not you want to try a place listed below. If the restaurant is not certified GF, there is no absolute way to know if there has been any cross contamination. We've all been contaminated at some point in our journey's, even when we think we've asked all the right questions. Please use this list as only a suggestion of new places to try for yourself. It is up to you to speak to restaurant chef's and managers before you visit their establishments.
